Business Banking (BB) manages relationships with Commonwealth Bank’s small-medium enterprise customers, mid-market corporate customers, and regional and agribusiness customers, providing a wide range of financial services and solutions. It also services our personal online trading customers.
The Business Banking Digital Domain is responsible for the Strategic Agenda for the digital channels and experiences for our business customers. This includes
CommBiz for Corporate and Institutional clients as well as CommBank app and Netbank for Small business customers.

As EM, CommBiz Future Experiences, you will define and lead the future horizon vision and roadmap for the product, outlining "what" needs to be delivered to achieve customer and business value. This role will lead out the CommBiz hor izons beyond the current delivery horizon

- Create the roadmap for the CommBiz platform for the next 3-5 years to be a globally leading digital platform for Corporate and Institutional clients.
- Work with all product houses and client segments to create a cohesive and innovative customer experience and future CommBiz enabled digital value propositions.
- Lead the client experience forums and customer co-lab design sessions at the platform level and incorporating design accelerations for product houses and customer journey reimagination through the channel.
- Drive exceptional product innovation delivering value to our clients
- Lead go-to-market activities including being involved in client RFPs and pitches, presentations to industry and client forums, investor presentation material and developing and implementing take to market strategies.
- Work across the organisation (including product teams, risk teams, technology teams, and segment teams across retail, business) to deliver end-to-end digitisation of business customer solutions
- Lead delivery of projects and features through managing backlog of prioritised work across agile team
What You’ll Bring
- We’re looking for an experienced senior leader with a strong understanding and experience in designing and co-creating digital products and services for business customers using the latest Technology to transform customer experiences and drive value for customers.
- Strong Product Management and Product Design experience is desirable
- Experience working with Corporate, Institutional and Business clients or similar roles ideally in Banking or FinTech.
- Experience and capability in working with AI, delivery of customer facing AI use cases or Domain transformation through AI would be desirable
- Extensive experience in transformation of digital, technology and/or process innovation for customers.
- Experienced Agile leader and leadership of Working with Agile teams is essential.
- With exceptional stakeholder leadership and a track-record of influencing enterprise outcomes, you are experienced at partnering with senior technology leaders and domain experts.
- Exceptional presentation skills and extensive experience in presenting to senior executives (EGM+) and large institutional customers is essential.
- Prior extensive experience in digital, payments, merchants, business customer product management and small business ecosystems (including partnerships and/or acquisitions) is highly desirable.
