Job Description

Job Purpose

To assist the Digital Solutions pillar in ensuring smooth implementation of digital projects and initiatives within the Group Cabin Crew Division. This role drives the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation and business case scoping to requirement drafting and handover for implementation, while monitoring and maintaining digital products to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of digital initiatives and transformation projects to improve operational efficiency and crew experience.
  • Drive the product lifecycle from ideation and scoping to requirement drafting, development coordination, and implementation.
  • Monitor and maintain digital products, ensuring acceptable uptime and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Conduct research and provide documentation to support current and future transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of all projects with the Group Cabin Crew Division’s digital transformation plan.

Key Duties

  • Continue and complete legacy projects and products depending on their stage in the product lifecycle.
  • Support and execute new product requests (0→1 development), including scoping, requirement drafting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Consolidate and prepare data and reports to support project planning, decision-making, and maintenance of 0–12-month roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with AOCs and relevant departments for early onboarding and implementation of digital initiatives.
  • Prepare workflows, document requirements, and assist with system testing and feedback to digitize manual processes.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Review operational policies, procedures, and trends to inform product ideation and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor digital tools, manage updates, log issues, and provide Tier 1 user support.
  • Prepare presentations, surveys, and communications related to projects.
  • Provide administrative support for training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
  • Ensure data integrity for reporting tools such as Tableau dashboards and internal data products.
  • Conduct flight observations, A/B tests, and user engagement sessions to gather insights and ensure data-driven product improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Group Cabin Crew or delegated team members.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Familiarity with technology, particularly POS, APIs, and cloud-based data pipelines (GCP).
  • UI/UX design skills and/or experience are an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and similar productivity tools.
  • Fresh graduates with grit and the right attitude to learn are encouraged to apply.
