The Role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Outsourcing Delivery Lead (Delivery Partner) to drive system maintenance, operational optimization, and transformation for a large-scale outsourcing project at a client site.

In this role, you will serve as the overall delivery lead for a major client at Kyndryl Japan, responsible for managing all aspects of the project—including people, assets, operations, and costs. You will also provide technical support, propose solutions to client challenges, and recommend new systems.

【Role Overview】
As the general manager for one of Kyndryl Japan’s largest clients, you will not only provide technical support but also oversee comprehensive project management. This includes managing people, assets, operations, and costs, while offering solutions and new proposals from the perspective of IT infrastructure systems.

【Key Responsibilities】
Understand the client’s existing system environment and support the realization of transformation solutions from an IT perspective to meet business goals.
Lead proposal activities related to IT infrastructure systems.
Engage with senior client executives to build strong relationships.
Manage the overall project lifecycle.

• The project is primarily remote-based, with occasional in-person meetings at the Roppongi headquarters.

Who You Are

【Required Skills and Experience】
・Experience managing large-scale projects (with more than 20 team members)
・Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure projects
・Fluent communication skills in Japanese

【Preferred Skills and Experience】
・Technical background in one or more areas: servers, mainframes, networks, or cloud
・Experience in operating infrastructure systems
・Experience as a department head or line manager
・Ability to communicate in English
