]We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Operation team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.

We will count on you to:

• Assist to monitor and manage progress of marine claims (including but not limited to Hull, Cargo, P&I) to settlement
• Assist our client to provide insurers with all documentation and information required for the settlement of claims and liaise with clients as necessary
• Provide advice to clients on claims procedure
• Provide prompt response to client’s enquiries
• Liaise with service providers to ensure claims are properly handled
• Prepare claims reports and statistics
• Attend claims meetings with clients as required
• Work with brokers to render the best claims services
• Work with Centre of Excellence in Kuala Lumpur to drive performance and productivity

What You Need To Have:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 5+ years insurance experience preferably in Marine business-related claims handling or related experience
• General understanding of policy conditions and terms
• Excellent organization skills - able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work within a team and negotiate effectively
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin as language is also an advantage
