• Implement sales plan and maintain high quality services and response to inquiries from clients and prospects
• Manage internal record and reporting of sales activities through methods such as call report and pipeline list
• Control, review and liaise with relevant parties independently on account documentations, including services agreements, and other account related documents etc. and monitor client services deliverability
• Ensure account documentation in compliance with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirement
• Enable cross-selling between other banking products of CNCBI and keep track of the business engagement with the clients and records of cross-selling activities
• Collaboration with colleagues of TMG, WBG, other CNCBI groups, or CITIC Group to develop client relationship and sales activity
• Introduce securities services solutions to relationship managers of Treasury & Markets Group, Wholesales Banking Group and Personal Banking Group of the Bank as well as CNCB group and CITIC group entities to establish collaboration and develop client relationship for sales activities and opportunities
• Introduce securities services solutions through external marketing and promotion program
• Enhance our client experience delivery and service quality with clients
• Collaboration with Client Service and Operation team to receive client feedbacks, to resolve client issues, and to improve client experience with our delivery
• Escalate critical client issues and feedback to the management in a timely manner and follow through.
• Keep abreast of the development of industry and market and share useful information with concerned parties
• Comply with anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business, Economics or Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in custodian and sales
• Good knowledge in securities market, custody, trustee is an advantage
• Sound securities services and operational knowledge
• Possess the required qualifications and license under SFC requirements
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
