Senior Producer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Producer to control the production and delivery of high-impact content. This role requires a strong understanding of production workflows, creative collaboration, and stakeholder management, ensuring that campaigns, content, and design initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.  The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production of video, digital, and multimedia projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Ensure high standards of quality control across all deliverables.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders. Translate briefs into actionable project plans and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing to align production with strategic goals.
• Anticipate and resolve production challenges, proactively mitigating risks. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate creative reviews, feedback loops, and approvals to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content production.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, and post-production processes.
• Excellent communication abilities, organizational, budgeting, and time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-projects. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of creative processes, including design, content creation, video production, or digital marketing.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Experience working with both in-house and external creative teams is a plus
• Project management experience, preferably in a creative, marketing, or media environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English communication and writing skills.
