Are You Someone Who Can:

• A strong candidate with events, incentives and leisure background to put together M.I.C.E packages include providing the end-to-end service where the consultant book directly with all suppliers, coordinating the event with the Marketing teams and different Business units. The candidate will also manage staff Bleisure (Leisure travel)
• Where the event is managed by Marketing, the Events consultant will still manage the logistics of transportation including events budget and inventory page
• We require successful and enthusiastic Event Planner to produce events from conception through to completion. Events consultant responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations. Including top class staff leisure with personalized service
• Job description include:
• Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.
• Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research, gather information, and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals.
• Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders.
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality.
• Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations.
• Specify end user requirements and coordinate their activities.
• Cooperate with marketing, promote, and publicize event.
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
• Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes.
• Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest. 
• Profit generation experience including savings
• Prepare financial and statistical data in compliance with legislative requirements
• Manage margins and costs against budget
• Deliver strategic direction across reservations, product, systems and administration
• Ensure customer retention and high levels of service
• Analyse market trends to identify opportunities

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Tourism degree or similar
• Have experience in the M.I.C.E. and Leisure space  
• 10 years’ experience in the Tourism sector
• Financial reporting and cost model for customers Can manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationship
