The Team
Within the Strategy & Operations team, our mission is to drive longer term business direction, drive strategic business planning, improving operational efficiency and support execution of strategic priorities. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely across global strategy teams, EMEA teams and Hub counterparts to drive business planning, prioritisation and strategic projects. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's strategic growth, and overall success.

The Position
As the Senior Manager Project Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of TH EMEA initiatives across the organization. You will manage the portfolio of strategic projects, overseeing their execution and ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and working alongside cross-functional teams within TH EMEA, Hub counterparts, and the Global Brand Projects team. Your leadership will be integral to achieving the TH EMEA organization’s objectives, driving business performance, and contributing to the overall success and future growth of the TH brand on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic priorities roadmap management: Manage a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring that each is effectively prioritized based on business needs, urgency, and potential impact. Provide regular updates to senior leadership to support decision-making and transparency.

  • Strategic project implementation: Coordinate and manage project timelines and deadlines to ensure that all key milestones are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that resources are allocated appropriately. Using mapped interdependencies, proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery.

  • Commercial project management support: Support implementation of commercial priorities with direct commercial impact. Structure the tasks from end-to-end to define the project steps as well as supporting business owners in ensuring that all steps are executed. Engage and activate brand, regional and Hub counterparts to ensure seamless execution and support follow up of commercial tracking/impact measurement.

  • Support transformation projects: Coordinate change management efforts to drive successful adoption and implementation of new initiatives across the organization.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication between various teams and departments, ensuring effective coordination and seamless execution of cross-functional projects.

  • Continuous improvement: Implement and exploit new systems and processes to continually increase team efficiency and project delivery.

  • Lead the Project Management team: Lead, mentor and support the team, contributing to best practice, knowledge building, collaboration, and professional growth

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in project management or business strategy within a fashion, retail, or consumer goods environment.

  • Proven experience in using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2) to lead strategic projects and transformations.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at the same time

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with TH EMEA, Hub teams and Global teams to ensure timely execution of key initiatives

  • Strong understanding of how business performance and commercial actions/priorities link to financial performance and growth, in order to act as a thought-partner to leadership.

  • Proven ability to write clear communications to facilitate timely and efficient project delivery across cross-functional teams.

  • Highly adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to make strategic recommendations

  • Strong results-driven mindset, with the ability to balance short-term commercial needs with long-term strategic planning.

  • Strong understanding of how to solve complex problems and critically assess the solutions required

  • Strong leadership experience, with a track record of developing, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams for 5+ years

  • Fluency in English

  • Masters's degree in business, engineering, management or similar
