Job Summary
The Customer Quality Engineer play a key role in ADI’s quality assurance processes by addressing customer quality concerns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in semiconductor product reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve customer quality issues related to semiconductor products.
- Act as the key interface with customers, addressing quality concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of failure analysis (FA) and 8D reports with cross-functional teams, driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to enhance product reliability and performance.
- Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Manage customer-related EHS compliance and component surveys.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management in support of quality objectives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Physics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor processes, testing, or quality assurance.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure
- No prior work experience required; internships or project experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
