• Position: Customer Quality Engineer (New College Graduate)
• Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Job Summary
The Customer Quality Engineer play a key role in ADI’s quality assurance processes by addressing customer quality concerns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in semiconductor product reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve customer quality issues related to semiconductor products.
• Act as the key interface with customers, addressing quality concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of failure analysis (FA) and 8D reports with cross-functional teams, driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to enhance product reliability and performance.
• Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Manage customer-related EHS compliance and component surveys.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management in support of quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Physics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor processes, testing, or quality assurance.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab) is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure
• No prior work experience required; internships or project experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
