Appliance Service Office Coordinator
Farm and Home Hardware – Ashland, OH
Schedule: 7:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy helping customers and supporting a team to deliver outstanding service? Farm and Home Hardware is looking for an Appliance Service Office Coordinator to join our growing Service Department. 

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for appliance service customers—answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide updates.
• Coordinate with service technicians to manage daily schedules and routes.
• Enter and track service orders, parts requests, and warranty claims with accuracy.
• Keep customers informed with clear, professional communication.
• Support the Service Manager with reporting, paperwork, and follow-up.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills—both in person and over the phone.
• Comfort with computer systems (POS, scheduling, or service software experience a plus).
• A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
• Prior office or service coordination experience preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person!
