Process Solutions Consultant - Senior

Description

The Senior Process Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in supporting strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives that are complex, cross-functional, and highly visible. This role ensures project scope and requirements are clearly defined and traceable to the business case, supports project status reporting, and conducts data analysis. The consultant identifies improvement opportunities and manages various aspects of assigned projects. Additionally, this position supports M&A integration activities, including the creation and management of SharePoint sites and the development of PowerApps workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business segments to manage and prioritize projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Support the full project lifecycle and program governance, ensuring alignment with business segment priorities.
• Develop reference materials such as playbooks, presentations, and documentation to support project execution.
• Engage all relevant business units and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, tailoring messaging to the audience.
• Utilize playbooks to drive consistency and alignment across teams and initiatives.
• Design, build, and maintain workflows using Microsoft PowerApps.
• Analyze and synthesize large volumes of data for executive-level reporting and decision-making.
• Proactively prepare agendas, discussion points, and materials for integration meetings.
• Lead small projects, programs, or workstreams within larger initiatives.
• Facilitate M&A Integration methodology training.     
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’S Degree.

• Five or more years of experience in project management, process improvement, SharePoint site administration and/or other technical roles or 9 years of experience in project management, process improvement, SharePoint site administration and/or other technical roles in lieu of a bachelors degree.
• Experience in SharePoint, PowerApps, and Excel for data analysis, testing, and discovery.
• Experience managing SharePoint sites, libraries, and permissions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with confidence in presenting to senior and executive leadership.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Logical critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and next steps.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives across varying timelines.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
