Position Summary
The Summer 2026 Internship Program at EAS is designed to provide students with hands-on, real-world experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Interns will support company projects, gain exposure to modular construction and manufacturing processes, and work alongside experienced professionals across various departments. This is an excellent opportunity to develop technical, professional, and leadership skills while contributing to meaningful projects that impact global industries.
Responsibilities & Objectives
- Assist assigned department (Engineering, Safety, HR, Finance, or Operations) with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
- Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports or presentations to support team initiatives.
- Shadow and collaborate with senior staff to gain exposure to industry best practices and EAS’s modular solutions.
- Participate in safety orientations, site tours, and project meetings.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, innovation, or efficiency.
- Complete an end-of-program project or presentation summarizing learnings and contributions.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program (Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Safety, or related field preferred).
- Strong academic performance and desire to apply classroom learning in a professional environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CAD/Revit or similar tools a plus for technical internships.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a dynamic company culture.
