Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven E2E Integrated Marketing Lead to design and execute global go-to-market strategies for HP Dimension. This role spans the entire marketing lifecycle—from brand awareness and content strategy to demand generation, ABM programs, executive engagement, and channel activation—driving measurable business impact and reinforcing HP’s position as a leader in collaboration innovation.
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with executional excellence, has deep experience in B2B technology marketing, and is passionate about turning complex innovations into compelling narratives that influence decision-makers, partners, and customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and deliver global integrated marketing plans for HP Hybrid Systems and Dimension, aligned with business priorities, strategic launches, and True-to-Life innovation positioning.
- Define audience strategies, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and channel mix across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Orchestrate execution across content, digital, events, alliances, and regional teams, ensuring alignment and scalability.
- Brand Awareness & Demand Generation
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & High-Touch Executive Engagement
- Design and execute ABM programs for priority accounts, leveraging personalized content, targeted campaigns, and 1:1 executive experiences.
- Partner with Sales to deliver CEO-level and C-suite engagement strategies, including customized high-touch activations and events to influence strategic deals.
- Align ABM initiatives with HP’s broader Genesis program to deepen penetration in top accounts.
- Execute pipeline-driving demand generation programs, optimized CEP segment.
- Ensure end-to-end funnel visibility and leverage analytics to optimize conversion at every stage.
- Elevate HP Dimension’s role in HP’s Future of Work strategy through high-impact brand campaigns.
Brand & >Narrative
- Translate HP Dimension’s innovations into customer-centric storytelling and impactful narratives that highlight HP’s True-to-Life leadership in collaboration, creating marketing collateral and customer success stories that clearly communicate the benefits of this cutting-edge technology across industries and executive audiences.
- Partner with creative teams to produce impactful assets, including thought leadership, immersive demos, videos, and digital experiences.
Channel & Market Activation
- Enable channel partners with go-to-market assets, co-marketing programs, and sales playbooks to amplify reach and accelerate adoption.
- Collaborate with regional teams to localize campaigns and drive market activation aligned to global strategies.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Track and report pipeline contribution, engagement metrics, and ROI, delivering actionable insights for optimization.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce, Eloqua, Power BI, and ABM platforms for comprehensive performance management.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the connector across Google GTM team, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Category, Sales, and Executive teams, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Manage agencies and external partners to deliver world-class execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years in integrated B2B marketing, preferably within tech, SaaS, or collaboration ecosystems.
- Proven experience in ABM strategy and executive-level engagement programs.
- Strong knowledge of brand building, demand generation, content development, and channel marketing.
- Exceptional ability to manage alliances and cross-functional initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing automation, analytics, and CRM systems.
- Visionary & Strategic: Connects innovation with customer value and market opportunity.
