Printing Press Operator

(8hr /3rd Shift/Monday - Friday)

Compensation: $26.58

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Printing Press Operator to support the setup and operation of printing presses in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality printed materials while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up printing presses for various jobs according to company procedures.
• Monitor and maintain print quality throughout production runs.
• Perform regular quality inspections and correct visual defects as needed.
• Communicate job details and updates clearly with Press Operators and shift teammates.
• Keep machines and surrounding work areas clean and organized.
• Complete sanitation checklists and follow cleaning procedures.
• Follow GMPs, PRPs, SOPs, and safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand for 8–12 hours and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
• Comfortable with bending, twisting, reaching, and working in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions and job specifications.
• Must pass a certification test within 90 days of hire.
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekend shifts as required.
