Energy Accounts Payable AdministratorJob Description Summary
We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team in the Portfolio Service Centre (PSC). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll manage invoice processing, utilities reporting, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across our Accounts Payable function.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile utilities and council accounts
- Manage invoice exceptions and resolve accounts payable queries
- Prepare utilities reporting (late fees, GAP reporting, pending landlord processing)
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
What We’Re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable (essential)
- Experience with JDE (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret reports and identify process improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Candidates must have experience in processing energy-related bills (electricity, gas, water, and council rates) and be Australian citizens. Applicants who do not meet these two key criteria will not be contacted for this position
