JOB SUMMARY: We're seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead our demand generation strategy and execution. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven marketer with deep expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and a proven ability to drive qualified pipeline growth across multiple channels.

You'll own the end-to-end demand generation function, partner closely with sales, sales operations, and the marketing programs team members as well as lead a small but growing team of marketers. You'll be responsible for optimizing the marketing funnel, scaling ABM programs, and delivering measurable results that directly support revenue growth. Modernization of the demand generation infrastructure is necessary and candidates with direct experience in scaling and enhancing these functions is key.

Job Roles And Responsibilities:

  1. 1. Lead Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a scalable, full-funnel growth marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals, including digital acquisition, ABM, nurture, and partner marketing.
  2. 2. Own Demand Generation: Plan and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline across key buyer segments and priority accounts.
  3. 3. Build & Scale ABM Programs: Design and manage 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns in close partnership with sales and business development.
  4. 4. Manage and Mentor: Lead a team of marketers and contractors, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  5. 5. Marketing & Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales and revenue operations to ensure tight alignment on goals, campaign execution, lead scoring, and attribution.
  6. 6. Optimize the Funnel: Track, analyze, and improve conversion rates across every stage of the buyer journey. Leverage tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and intent data to refine targeting and messaging.
  7. 7. Campaign Execution: Roll up your sleeves to write copy if needed, manage vendors, QA landing pages, and ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery; operate with identified target accounts and align content and marketing programs to the customer throughout the sales cycle
  8. 8. Budget & ROI Ownership: Manage budget allocation and demonstrate marketing-sourced pipeline, ROI, and contribution to revenue; conduct campaign analytics and reporting to provide clarity of trending, benchmarking and insight for tracking ROI and optimizing campaign effectiveness

Job Scope:

This position works independently under general supervision to complete the position responsibilities. Work may often be varied and complex in nature and require an extensive array of knowledge. The position may charge the incumbent to make effective, sound business decisions which overall organizational impact. The incumbent utilizes in-depth knowledge, advanced problem solving skills and an understanding of company priorities to achieve results. The incumbent may provide mentorship to department colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):

  • 7-10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years in a demand generation or growth leadership role in specifically in healthcare or health IT industry
  • Expert-level experience with MarTech, content management systems (CMS), marketing automation; deep expertise in Salesforce and Account Engagement
  • Proven track record of successfully executing Omni-channel campaigns and scaling pipeline in complex B2B environments
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, content strategy, SEO, webinars, email marketing, and intent data platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense)
  • Ability to drive analytical insight by pulling key conclusions from data and proposing meaningful hypotheses
  • Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and leadership teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in the health tech, SaaS, or enterprise technology space a strong plus
  • 25-30% Travel is Required.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $160-175K.  Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity.  This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
