Onward and Upward!!!   JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Content Strategy is a visionary, strategic leader responsible for defining and leading a content strategy that amplifies our brand, strengthens our reputation as a healthcare technology leader, and builds trust across payors, providers, patients and partners. This leader will translate complex concepts into compelling narratives that drive engagement, thought leadership and measurable business outcomes. The Director will be a part of the Brand Marketing team and will partner closely with communications, product marketing and executive leadership to ensure a consistent voice, powerful storytelling and content excellence across all channels.   JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   1. Develop a holistic content strategy that advances our brand positioning, showcases innovation and reinforces our mission
2. Partner with cross-functional teams to align content priorities with brand marketing, product launches, corporate communications, demand generation and customer engagement initiatives.
3. Establish and maintain editorial standards, governance and messaging frameworks tailored to the healthcare technology landscape.
4. Manage a team of freelance writers and editors; collaborate with Creative Services on content production and with Digital Marketing on the editorial calendar.
5. Plan and oversee content that supports multiple audiences: healthcare payors, providers, patients, policymakers, investors and employees.
6. Build a thought leadership program; develop compelling thought leadership content that positions the company as an authority on various topics such as digital transformation and AI in healthcare.
7. Ensure content is optimized for SEO, discoverability and multi-channel engagement.
8. Define KPIs to measure the impact of content on awareness, engagement, lead generation and brand health.
9. Partner with analytics teams to track performance and continually refine the strategy; apply insights from industry trends, competitor analysis and audience feedback to evolve the content approach.
10. Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department.
11. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.

This position works independently under general supervision to complete the position responsibilities. Work may often be varied and complex in nature and require an extensive array of knowledge. The position may charge the incumbent to make effective, sound business decisions which overall organizational impact. The incumbent utilizes in-depth knowledge, advanced problem solving skills and an understanding of company priorities to achieve results. The incumbent may provide mentorship to department colleagues as needed. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):   * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (MBA a plus).
* 10+ years of experience in various areas of marketing, including content strategy and brand storytelling--preferably in B2B or healthcare technology environments.
* Proven success in building and executing content strategies in healthcare, technology or other highly regulated industries.
* Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences (executives, clinicians, policymakers, patients).
* Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends across various segments
* Expertise in SEO, digital publishing and content performance measurement.
* Experience with sales enablement technologies/platforms,
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, regulated industries like healthcare.
* 10-20% travel required, primarily for team and or planning meetings.  

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $135-150K.  Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity.  This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
