Content Analyst (Mandarin)

Opportunity

We are recruiting Content Analyst in our in KL office! We invite applications from qualifying candidates to be part of the growing team in this region. Analysts will play a key role in ensuring the consistency, quality and timely delivery of data that powers our products. The Analysts will be part of a dynamic team working with colleagues across multiple locations and experience a truly multi-national culture.

Required Day to Day Responsibilities

• Provide clients with ESG Data relating to companies for Global Markets, researching on the documents relating to the company and collect the Environmental and Social data from the sourced documents.
• Take responsibility for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
• Ensure timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external clients
• Support new projects to create and maintain content
• Work effectively within teams or by yourself, be proactive to identify and resolve problems
• Liaise with Data Operations, Customers and third party suppliers
• Support continuous improvement of the process by sharing observations and feedback on the process
• Use appropriate language skills to understand and source financial information
• Use language skills to build relationships with overseas market contacts
• Document policies, procedures and work processes
• Adhere to current data policies and procedures
• Backup other analysts in the team during their absence
• Required Skills (Must Have)
• High proficiency in the English and Mandarin language. Daily tasks will be conducted in these languages.
• Knowledge in different ESG data and products is a plus.
• Understanding of Financial Markets and Statements is advantage.
• Microsoft Office Skills – Outlook, Word, Excel

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply

This role is on blended work model, with 3 days working on the office and 2 days working remotely. Standard working hours is Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM.
