A Bit About The Role:

Will be initial incident response representative for HX Expeditions and will work in co-ordination with other teams as and when required. Will follow created procedures and workflows and deliver based upon best practice as developed by the Guest Change & Success team. Identifies and escalates priority issues.

This role is also open to candidates in a handicap situation, and we warmly welcome applications from individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will when activated perform duties as assigned during regular and irregular events
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in regular and irregular operations.
  • Co-ordinate with local resources to identify required resource, hotel, alternatiive transportation etc.
  • Be part of the NoK Crisis Team.
  • Coordinate and complete additional internal and external notifications.
  • Follow Policies, Procedures and Practices that support the Irregular Operations model.
  • Be support to Team Leader as required.
  • Support on ad hoc projects as required.
  • Feedback to Team about any areas of concern or issues.
  • Support a 24/7 environment

About You:

Education And Experience Required:

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to take in, triage and co-ordinate information at a fast pace.
  • High level of competency in developing and driving a network for continual improvement
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Teamwork. Be willing to support your team and the other teams in the business and be able to change your point of view.
  • Self-Discipline. Commitment to self-improvement and be aware of how your decisions affect those around you and manage your time efficiently.
  • Multilingual with English and French
