We are hiring a Sr Sales Planner to join our talented in-house Field Sales Strategy Team within our highly successful fast growing Foodservice Business. This team is responsible for providing business analysis and project management to ensure the company’s long-term strategic objectives are met. We will need you to perform standard business reporting and analysis to support sales programs and will utilize systems and data to identify and resolve business issues. Responsibilities:


• Maintain and streamline existing programs and recommend process improvements to support the business.
• Deliver information via presentations or written documentation as needed to support business initiatives.
• Provide insights to Corporate Accounts and Sales Directors.
• Participate in business process improvement initiatives, leveraging system and business knowledge along with continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners (IT, finance, customer sales, human resources, operations, etc.) to implement and improve processes, provide information or support, and support organizational changes.
• Ad hoc special projects, reporting, and analysis.
• Other Duties as assigned relating to product and customer segments.

Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional experience) plus a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in an analyst, sales or sales operations role
  • • Data Reporting and Analysis and/or finance expertise
  • • Project management and process improvement oriented
  • • MS Office Suite

Compensation And Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $66,375 - $110,625 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent Business or related field degree Preferred

Years of Related Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years related experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Computer skills are required and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)including Outlook is required and the desire to learn new systems and technologies. Project, organizational, strongwork ethic, and working independently skills are desirable. Understand basic P/L and total customer investmentmetrics.
