We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team with Clarendon Homes QLD. Clarendon Homes is one of the businesses within the Campbell Property Group, a well established Australian-owned, residential builder renowned for our passionate people, innovative designs, and high-quality homes.
What will you be responsible for?
Your day to day could look like:
- Create and manage House & Land packages, ensuring site costs are fixed prior to deposit stage.
- Build and maintain relationships with land developers to access civil design documentation.
- Use online resources and site inspections to assess site costs for vacant land or knock-down rebuild sites.
- Calculate fixed site costs to foundation design stage, based on available information.
- Anticipate potential risks or costs that could impact foundation design and overall site costs.
- Provide clear, proactive communication and regular updates to Sales, Drafting, and Estimating teams.
- Ensure site costs and documentation are accurately captured, minimising risk of errors or margin erosion.
- Deliver responses to detailed site cost requests within 72 hours.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential sales estimating for a volume builder.
- Strong knowledge of QLD building regulations, council planning codes, and developer guidelines.
- Skilled at identifying constructability issues in plans and applying site requirements accurately.
- Proficient in Framework software and confident working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance in all documentation.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear, professional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Positive team player who collaborates well across departments and supports shared goals.
