We are currently seeking a Credit Controller to join our team in our Prestons, NSW office.

About The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining the company's credit and collections processes, driving timely payments from customers, and timely collections. The Credit Controller will work closely with the sales and finance teams to maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

• Streamlining credit application processes
• Reviewing and managing customer credit limits
• Leading weekly debtor review meetings (stop credit/hold overdue accounts)
• Calculating and processing monthly rebates
• Daily processing of RMAs and credit memos
• Processing monthly journals
• Key account reconciliations
• Monitoring and managing "Cash Only" accounts
• Liaising with external debt recovery partners
• Reviewing provision for doubtful debts quarterly
• Building and maintaining rapport with key customers

What You'Ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Experience in credit and collections or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
