THE JOB:
The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As a PBX Communication Operator, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding the guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.21

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Answers incoming telephone calls, connects calls to appropriate departments and hotel guests
• Transfers incoming calls to appropriate staff on mobile units when approved
• Logs and reports all telephone troubles and handles emergency repairs calls when necessary
• Dispatches service requests as needed
• Promotes and maintains the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs 

The Ideal Candidate:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent guest service and hospitality skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including different shifts, weekends, and holidays
