This role is a casual position offering approximately 20 hours per week - you will need availability across both weekdays and weekends and late night trade as required.
About The Role
Step into a brand-new chapter with Oroton! We’re opening a fresh new concession at David Jones Kotara this November 2025 - our very first in this location - and we’re looking for a passionate Team Member to help bring this store to life and create an exceptional experience from day one.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable shopping experiences - delivering exceptional service, offering personalised style advice, and making every customer feel valued. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your ability to connect with people and drive results will shine. From assisting customers in finding their perfect pieces to managing high-volume stock and ensuring our products are beautifully presented and easily accessible - your impact will be felt in every corner of the store.

- Energising operations: With your enthusiasm, manage day-to-day store tasks, including stock organization, customer service, and sales, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Driving visual excellence: Work alongside the team to ensure the store is always visually appealing, executing merchandising strategies and product displays to attract customers.
- Strategising and collaborating: Partner with the management team to develop and implement strategies focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, sales, and store performance.
What you'll bring to Oroton!
- A proven track record of working as part of a retail team, hitting the bulls-eye on KPIs, and smashing store targets.
- High attention to detail and proven clienteling experience.
- An attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- A keen eye for styling and a love for luxury products.
