Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work diligently to implement effective solutions, all while maintaining a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Deploy and manage IaaS resources - Monitoring & Troubleshooting. - Monitor the health and performance of Azure IaaS environments and troubleshoot complex technical issues. -Security & Compliance: -Ensure cloud security and governance by implementing industry-standard best practices and compliance measures. -Automation & DevOps-Utilize tools and practices for infrastructure automation, such as Terraform, and work closely with DevOps principles. Professional & Technical Skills: -Deep understanding of Azure services, particularly those related to compute (Virtual Machines), networking, and storage. -Experience with Azure security best practices, including implementing anti-malware, managing access controls, and ensuring compliance. -Proficiency in managing and orchestrating virtual machines, networks, and other core infrastructure components. -Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of Azure resources. -Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues in a cloud environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
