Marketing Coordinator – Sectra Nordic

In the Nordic region, we are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team – a role where you will combine hands-on marketing activities with the chance to grow into a future marketing leader.

About the role
As our new Marketing Coordinator, you will coordinate and execute a wide range of marketing projects, from major industry events to digital campaigns and newsletters. You will be part of a dedicated Nordic Marketing team, working closely with solution specialists who drive our strategies in different clinical areas. Together, we ensure that Sectra stays top of mind among healthcare professionals and decision makers.

From day one, you will be hands-on with events, social media and websites – but over time, the role offers the opportunity to take on more strategic tasks, such as thought leadership, public affairs and positioning Sectra in the wider healthcare ecosystem.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate and deliver Sectra’s key Nordic events (e.g. Vitalis, Röntgenveckan, User Group Meeting)
• Manage, optimize and follow-up of LinkedIn campaigns and marketing automation (ClickDimensions)
• Maintain and develop our websites and digital presence
• Prepare and distribute newsletters and customer communication
• Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, sales and product teams to ensure consistent communication
• Be curious and look for innovative methods and tools that help us stay on top of the market awareness

Who we are looking for

• Experience in marketing or communications, preferably with project management responsibilities
• Strong skills in digital marketing (social media, campaigns, automation)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English.
• A structured and organized person who enjoys keeping things in order
• A social, curious and open personality – you like working with people and building trust.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 or other CRM systems
• Background from healthcare, life science or other complex B2B industries
• Experience in public affairs, lobbying or strategic communication
• Proficiency in another Nordic language
