Videographer - Melbourne Renegades

🏏 Join the Melbourne Renegades for their upcoming 2025/26 season – We’re hiring an experienced Videographer!

Are you passionate about sport (in particular cricket), content creation and connecting fans to the game they love?

Cricket Victoria is looking for a passionate and highly creative Videographer to support the Melbourne Renegades, and help bring our W/BBL brand to life through our digital and social channels, not only during the season but also in the lead up to what is expected to be one of our most exciting seasons yet!

In this rare position, you’ll have the opportunity to maximise fan engagement for the Melbourne Renegades through video content production for across their social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube) and their website. You’ll have the opportunity to influence their brand awareness and work behind the scenes alongside the players to bring their members and fans exclusive insights into the upcoming season.

This is fixed term (full-time) position from late October 2025 through to the mid to late February 2026.

💪What You'Ll Be Doing:

• Shoot, edit and deliver regular video content packages for the club across web, social media, VNR and internal channels.
• Deliver innovative approaches to content and lead a fan-first approach which creates engagement.
• Attend matches, club events, training sessions and commercial sponsor activities to produce content.
• Develop strong relationships with W/BBL players and coaches.
• Assist in delivery of match day broadcast requirements and other media and communications opportunities.

🎯What You'Ll Bring:

• A passion for creating innovative, eye-catching content
• Advanced knowledge of professional camera systems (such as DSLR, XDCAM or similar)
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro X
• Competent skills to shoot chroma screen vision and edit
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines – with an expectation to turn around same-day content, while also managing longer term projects
• Solid understanding of cricket and an ability to work in a professional manner with high profile athletes
• Ability to work under pressure and outside standard hours, including weekends and public holidays throughout the festive season
• Experience working within a similar position within a sporting environment or alike
