Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Direct communication with customers, including managing contracts, delivery schedules, complaints, and the administration of new partnerships
• Liaising with the company’s key account colleagues
• Recording finished goods in the ERP system, assessing daily delivery needs, organizing transport, and preparing packing lists
• Posting and invoicing regular and consignment deliveries, issuing credit notes, and administering returned goods due to complaints
• Handling customs clearance processes
• Ordering, tracking, and scheduling the delivery of customer-owned returnable packaging based on operational needs

Qualifications:

• University or college degree in a relevant field
• Working proficiency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
• Precision and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
