Service Delivery Manager - Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory all critical infrastructure components and fully map dependencies into the CMDB
• Ensure monitoring is in place for critical infrastructure and applications, including clear process definitions and responsibilities (alert types, priority levels, training on tools like Datadog, SLAs)
• Ensure contingency plans are in place for all applications and clear RTO/RPO definitions for business and mission critical applications
• Address, validate, and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans to ensure alignment with audit, compliance, and resilience requirements
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure supporting service delivery
• Monitor infrastructure performance and implement proactive alerting systems
• Ensure infrastructure aligns with agreed service levels and client expectations
• Coordinate infrastructure changes through proper change management processes
• Support incident response and problem resolution activities
• Document infrastructure configurations and maintain technical documentation
