Senior Program Manager- PMO

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational projects across functions (e.g., Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Digital Transformation, etc.).
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, budget, risk mitigation, and communication strategy.
• Collaborate with functional leads, SMEs, and external partners to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
• Track progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project governance frameworks.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and updates to senior stakeholders and PMO Head.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance project execution and impact.
• Maintain documentation, ensure knowledge transfer, and support change management initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 12–16 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with Adani Group HR, Techno-commercial, and Finance functions would be an advantage
• Experience in a shared services/digital transformation environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar).
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and evolving environment.
