We’re looking for an SMB Account Executive who thrives in fast motion. Someone who can run 10–20 deals at once, talk to five customers before lunch, close two before the day ends, and stay just as excited tomorrow. You’ll join a team that lives and breathes PLG, data, and momentum. If you love juggling inbound leads, uncovering upsell moments, and helping prospects solve real GTM pains with sales intelligence — this role is built for you.

What You’Ll Actually Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle for small and mid-sized businesses — from initial outreach to contract.
  • Prioritize and convert product-led leads: users already active on Lusha who are ready to grow.
  • Dive into customer GTM challenges and map Lusha’s value to solve them — fast.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline (10–20 active deals), balancing quick-cycle opportunities with the occasional larger, more complex deal.
  • Handle pricing, negotiation, legal, and deal-closing steps smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead value-driven meetings with users, identifying where they can go bigger with Lusha.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Success, Support, and Legal teams to move deals forward and get them closed.
  • Use AI-powered tools and insights to work smarter, track engagement, and optimize outreach.

Requirements

  • 1+ years as a SaaS AE (B2B).
  • PLG experience — advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Lusha — advantage.
  • Hunter mentality. You know how to spot opportunity, take initiative, and close without waiting.
  • Proven success managing a high-velocity pipeline with 10–20 simultaneous deals.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Outreach — advantage.
  • Strong communicator — you're confident leading meetings, showcasing ROI, and navigating objections.
  • Comfortable with CRM, AI tools, and data-led decision making.
  • Curious, coachable, and excited to grow in a high-performance sales culture.
