  1. ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountabilities

Activities

1. Lead - Reporting and Presentation for Security Function 
  • Support in developing presentations pertaining to the activities of Security function for Board of Directors, Management Committee and SMT meetings.
  • Report outcomes of risk assessments to Head Security Risk & TPDD and CSO.
  • Manage reporting obligations for CSO/ Security function, including any deviations or violations under various approved Policies & Regulations.
  • Collect relevant information / data from internal and external stakeholders and prepare backup materials for presentations / reports.
2. Lead – Management Information System & Consolidation of Plans / Budget for function etc.
  • Lead development of Management Information System and Annual Business Plan for Security function.
  • Co-ordinate with internal team members to prepare Annual Business Plan for Security department & ensure timely submission to Corporate Planning team.
  • Exercise control on spends incurred by sub-function owners and support Head Security Risk & TPDD in managing overall budget of the function.
  • Support Procurement team in developing Demand Plan by forecasting external vendor requirements for Security function.
  • Define key parameters required in MIS reports and develop multi- functional reporting template for the department.
  • Develop MIS reports pertaining to Security activities for pre-determined intervals (weekly/ monthly/ yearly).
  • Develop Dashboard to capture key indicators Security function.
3. Risk Management : Act as a Risk Manager for the department
  • Engage as SPOC for assessments conducted by other internal/external teams, review outcomes and determine an actionable agenda for the Security function.
  • Support Security team-members in risk assessment for Fraud, Corruption & Bribery. 
  • Develop central repository of risks in the form of Security Risk Register and periodically update register.
  • Identify areas wherein Fraud & Corruption Analytics can be deployed & support implementation of tool.
4. Support assessment and evaluation of activities for Security function
  • Under the direction of Head Security & TPDD and CSO, perform the following roles:
  • Develop Annual Balanced Scorecard, Key Performance Indicators, and Passports for the Security function.
  • Support CSO in developing Mid-term & Long-term Strategy for the function.
  • Lead formulation of an execution plan with Security sub-function owners & provide regular status updates to CSO.
  • Lead evaluation and monitoring of the Key Performance Indicators and identify areas that require immediate action.
  • Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to collect data / reports / statistics & evaluate the accuracy of submissions made by sub-function owners.
  • Calculate overall KPI scores for the Security function. Provide clarification, evidence, and documents to the Board of Directors/ Internal teams, as requested.
5. Support major business decisions / proposals that are referred to the Head Security Risk & TPDD
  • Under the direction of Head Security Risk and TPDD, perform the following roles:
  • Review OPEX and CAPEX proposals submitted and develop mechanism to mitigate fraud risks and ensure compliance with established frameworks.
  • Conduct analysis on various business decisions / proposals submitted to Security team for approval, as per DOA. Promptly highlight the impact of such decisions / proposals for necessary action.
  • Interact with Finance, Account, Control, and other stakeholders to collect necessary data, carry out analysis of various financial transactions, and present the results, as required.
6.  Ad-hoc Projects / Assignments
  • Review Policies, SOPs & other documents submitted for approval from Security risks perspective. 
  • Perform TPDD on new and existing counterparties and submit assessment to CSO for concurrence.
  • Carry out specific assignments allotted by Head Security Risk & TPDD or CSO time to time.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:

  1. CFA or MBA (economic or finance) or CA, CFE – advantage 

Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:

  1. Relevant Experience: 5-7 years
