Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute business plans and market strategies to grow the client base and deepen wallet share.
- Lead the treasury sales strategy across corporate and commercial segments, aligning with broader business goals.
Team Management:
- Manage and mentor Treasury Sales professionals, fostering teamwork, talent development and performance excellence.
- Oversee sales targets, budget, and P&L accountability for the segment.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships at senior levels with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and solution delivery.
- Lead the development of relationship plans and ensure successful implementation of treasury solutions across FX, interest rates, commodities and other structured products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Relationship Managers, Tech and Operations, Credit Risk partners and other internal control function teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Communicate key treasury management messages across internal stakeholders and participate in strategic meetings.
Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure team adherence to SOPs, management protocols and ensure that all activities carried out by Corporate & Commercial Sales comply with relevant internal and external policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- At least 15 years experience in Treasury Sales and managing teams
- Have established senior level client contacts
- Indepth knowledge of corporate clients’ risk profile and risk management requirements across different industries
- Well versed with market developments and industry trends
- Good understanding of risk controls and regulatory requirements for Treasury sales activities
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player with ability to motivate teams and work with different stakeholders across multiple functions and jurisdictions
