Assistant Vice President, STAMC Corporate, SME, Retail Secured Recovery - Debt Recovery Inhouse TH

 Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned debt portfolios and recovery strategies
• Liaise with legal teams for litigation and asset recovery
• Negotiate repayment plans and restructuring proposals
• Propose NPA acquisitions and monitor litigation progress
• Prepare management reports and approval papers
• Maintain credit files and ensure proper documentation
• Maximize returns through strategic negotiations and collateral sales
• Attend meetings, site visits, and court proceedings as needed
• Support cross-functional teams within the company

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance or Banking
• Experience in credit analysis, collections, and negotiations
• Strong financial knowledge and internal drive
• Excellent communication and marketing skills
