`Position: Banca Business Manager, BBM
Job Objective
- Responsible for Financial Services Consultant (FSC) sales planning, sales execution, campaign execution, growing Bancassurance business, meeting customers and drive activities via branch network or any other channels.
- Actively retain & nurture existing FSC via coaching and ensuring the FSC meeting their target and KPIs.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieves sales targets and manage the actual performance for the FSCs in the assigned area.
- Achieves FSC headcount target in the assigned area.
- Provide leadership and guidance to FSCs in the assigned area by acting as a coach, mentor, manager and motivator, monitor FSCs performance and take corrective actions when needed.
- Execute plans and strategies set by Regional Director to distribute bancassurance & bancatakaful products through the FSCs in the assigned area.
- Advise the Regional Director and Branch Manager in devising the branch sales strategy and tactics, and developing sales capability of the FSCs in the assigned area.
- Determine and communicate performance expectation effectively to all FSCs in the asigned area.
Requirement
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
- Posses full insurance licenses (PCE, CEILI, & TBE).
- Professional qualification (RFP/ CFP) will have an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years servicing as FSC.
- Must have skills in leadership, coaching and training, strategizing and planning, excellent communication skill, and presentation skill.
- High frequency of travelling to meet and servicing customers.
