You’ve found your passion in event planning and want to actively shape unforgettable experiences? Then join us as Event Management Coordinator (m/f/d) and support our Event Planning Team in organizing and executing memorable events.

Your key responsibilities include;

  • Support the planning and coordination of groups and events
  • Ensure and support a smooth transition from the selling team to the  event planning team
  • Create event documents such as BEOs and group schedules
  • Communicate with clients, internal departments, and external service providers
  • Assist with on-site event execution and provide hands-on support
  • Support site inspections and pre-/post-conference meetings
  • Proactively find solutions to challenges and handle guest feedback professionally
  • Take ownership of individual projects and assist with more complex events

Be Able.

  • You’re eager to grow, learn new things, and be part of a familial and ambitious team
  • You stay calm and focused even in high-pressure situations
  • You’ve already gained experience in a similar role and have a hotel management background with a focus on event planning or a comparable qualification
  • Your communication skills stand out, and you’re confident in both German and English – any additional language is a plus
  • You bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good time management
  • You work solution-oriented, professionally, and with a high level of service focus
