1. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.
2. Arrive to work on time, consistently.
3. Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair.
4. Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.
5. Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.
6. Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment.
7. Become proficient on all appropriate equipment and safety features.
8. Learn and follow all safety procedures, especially those pertaining to lifting and carrying heavy objects.
9. Make sure all side work is complete, before opening.
10. Set up tables: table cloth, glasses, silver, salt and pepper shakers, sugar holders, flowers and ashtrays. All items should clean and set up according to guidelines.
11. Attend pre-shift meeting to learn daily specials, and related information.
12. Greet members and their guests immediately and with a smile.
13. Guide members and their guests through the course of their dining experience communicating frequently with them.
14. Communicate with Banquet Captain or Special Events Director as to when to close.
15. Clean station and side work as required.
16. Check out with Banquet Captain or Special Events Director before leaving.
17. Perform other jobs that will assist in quality member service as assigned by Banquet Captain or Special Events Director.
