3. Strong believer and implementer of Continuous improvements
4. Responsible for achieving the Production target with First Pass Ratio
5. Adhere and sustain the Safety partices & Culture
6. Should be able to Analyse, Find Root Cause for Issues Rpeorted in Loadbody Integration Line
7. Implementing new techniques to improve the Productivity, Quality, Safety & Cost
8. Upkeep the Shopfloor 5S
9. Exposure to Manufacturing Systems – MES/IPMS/SAP
