Agentic AI Developer

We’re hiring a Python developer to develop and deploy on-premises AI agents using LangChain and local LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Ollama). You’ll design and implement intelligent agents with memory, tool use, and RAG capabilities — designed to operate fully offline and in compliance with privacy requirements

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing AI models and algorithms using Python
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and machine learning engineers, to integrate AI capabilities into applications
• Optimizing and customizing existing AI models for performance and accuracy
• Conducting data analysis to identify trends and insights for AI model improvement
• Participating in code reviews and maintaining high code quality standards
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in AI and machine learning to apply innovative techniques
• Ensuring AI applications are scalable, robust, and efficient
• Creating documentation for AI processes and models to support team collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Python Developer, with at least 3 years of experience in AI or machine learning development
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with LangChain (agents, memory, tools, chains)
• Experience working with local LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, GGUF)
• Practical experience with vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, etc.)
• Ability to run the full AI stack on-premises (Docker, local APIs, CLI tools)
• Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with Ollama, Hugging Face, or llama.cpp
• Experience working in secure, air-gapped environments
• Knowledge of FastAPI and RAG pipelines
