Job Specification
- Assist with Funds & SPV accounting – financial & management reporting, audits, budgeting and forecasting, cashflow analysis and tax
- Preparing financial statements, management accounts and accounting packages; Preparing Capital Account Statements and Net Asset Values
- Coordinate, analyze and manage the payment process
- Ensure all payments and transactions are accurately recorded and reflected in the quarterly accounts
- Assist in the preparation and submission of the quarterly GST filings and annual corporate tax filings
- Liaising with administrators and all stakeholders with the purposes of efficiently handling AML/KYC and investor onboarding processes
- Working closely with the Managers on compliance and record keeping
- Administration of client matters. Process client transactions in an efficient manner;
- Liaison with clients, client advisors, third party providers and wider business;
- Assist with the management of projects and client take-on.
Skills Required:
- Degree in Accountancy or finance or equivalent. Member of CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience. Experience with Private Equity Funds or Real Estate Fund is preferred.
- Independent, keen learner, able to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail & can do attitude;
- Motivated, diligent individual who is driven to meet deadlines and has a keen interest in the financial markets
