What This Job Involves:

機電系統管理

• 監督園區內所有機電設備運作狀況
• 制定機電設備維護保養計畫
• 協調外包廠商進行設備檢修
• 建立設備故障應變處理機制

能源管理

• 監控園區用電、用水系統效率
• 推動節能減碳措施
• 分析能源使用數據，提出改善建議
• 配合永續發展政策執行

團隊領導

• 督導機電維護團隊日常作業
• 安排人員教育訓練
• 評估團隊績效表現
• 與其他部門協調配合

預算控管

• 編列機電維護預算
• 控制維修成本支出
• 評估設備汰換需求
• 制定採購規劃

技術支援

• 提供重大活動機電技術支援
• 配合場館營運需求調整系統
• 處理突發機電問題
• 協助新設備導入評估

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

• 物管年資5年以上
• 大專以上程度、能獨立作業、良好溝通能力
• 熟悉office系統，精通word、excel、power point
• 具備丙級工業配線技術士、丙級室內配線技術士、丙級冷凍空調
