Senior Business Analyst

About Position

We're on the lookout for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team! In this role, you'll collaborate with our client, a leading provider of KYC, automated user verification, and e-signature solutions. Your mission? To pinpoint business needs, translate them into precise objectives, and craft these objectives into actionable stories for our development team.

You will join a dynamic SCRUM team dedicated to developing an innovative KYC and e-signature system for the future.

Main Responsibilities

• Collecting requirements from stakeholders via workshops and user interviews;
• Developing documentation that details business requirements, feature specifications, and user stories;
• Creating roadmaps and overseeing the prioritization of the product backlog;
• Collaborating closely with the Development team;
• Assuming responsibility for a specific software product.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst;
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels;
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail;
• Familiarity with BPMN and/or UML for modeling processes and systems;
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps;
• Having expertise in creating prototypes and wireframes with tools such as Figma isplus.
