About The Role

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to help build and strengthen our bank’s compliance framework. You’ll work with regulatory compliance, policy maintenance, monitoring, reporting and supporting senior compliance stakeholders. This role offers hands-on exposure across multiple compliance areas and a chance to shape a neobank’s compliance culture from the start.

Responsibilities

•  Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures and registers to reflect regulatory changes
• Monitor how the bank performs against regulatory requirements, internal controls and compliance processes
• Track upcoming regulations, assess their impact, and help drive implementation of necessary changes
• Prepare compliance dashboards, regular and ad hoc reports, and support responses to regulatory request
•  Collaborate with business units to resolve compliance questions and ensure consistent interpretation across functions
• Contribute to internal compliance reviews, audit readiness and inspection preparedness
• Create or help deliver compliance-training and awareness materials

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in compliance, risk, audit or legal roles in banking / fintech / financial services in Greece or EU environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or related field; compliance/regulatory certification a plus
• Solid knowledge of Greek + EU regulatory frameworks (e.g. PSD2, MiFID II, AMLD etc)
• Strong analytical skills, organised, with high attention to detail
• Excellent written & verbal communication in Greek & English
• Ability to work independently under guidance, manage priorities, engage with senior stakeholders
