As a Power Platform Developer, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Poland/Rzeszów. Together, we work on Software development and implementation of modern automation and robotisation solutions for business processes carried out in many business units.

About Your Future Role
 

1. Strategic Collaboration

• You will work closely with Business Process Analysts to deeply understand business needs, pain points, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Your role will be pivotal in translating business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions using Power Platform tools.

• You’ll design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, driving digital transformation across departments.
• Expect to build both canvas and model-driven apps, automate workflows, and create insightful dashboards that empower data-driven decisions.

3. Process Optimization

• You’ll play a key role in streamlining and digitizing business processes, reducing manual work, and increasing operational efficiency.
• Your solutions will directly impact productivity and user satisfaction across the organization.
• You’ll contribute to establishing development standards, reusable components, and governance models for Power Platform usage.
• Ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions will be part of your daily responsibilities.
• The role offers opportunities to expand your expertise in low-code/no-code development, data modeling, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• You’ll stay up to date with platform updates and new features, continuously improving your solutions and skills.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power PlatformHands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, including building custom apps, automating workflows, and creating interactive dashboards.
• Strong Analytical & Process-Oriented MindsetAbility to understand, map, and optimize business processes in collaboration with Business Process Analysts, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals.
• Experience with Low-Code Development & IntegrationSkilled in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, with knowledge of data connectors, Dataverse, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.

Bonus Skills:

• BPMN Knowledge – Ability to model and understand business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Statistical Thinking – Familiarity with basic statistical concepts for data-driven decision-making and app logic.
• Advanced Data Integration – Experience in connecting and modeling data across multiple sources like Dataverse, SQL, and APIs.
