Role Name: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour unpaid break
- Client Timezone: Pacific Time

As our SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in connecting people with life-changing healthcare services. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from warm leads and prospects
- Make outbound calls to cold leads, particularly those who have downloaded lead magnets
- Follow provided scripts to book prospects for free consultation visits
- Handle objections confidently using provided objection-handling scripts
- Respond to leads within 1-3 minutes of lead magnet downloads to maximize conversion
- Conduct Instagram messaging outreach to prospects
- Perform email sweeps and Instagram sweeps for lead generation
- Reach out to past clients for re-engagement
- Track all leads and activities in CRM system and spreadsheet
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and outcomes
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with confident, upbeat phone presence
- Ability to memorize and follow scripts precisely (2-page script expected to be learned within 2-3 days)
- Strong objection-handling capabilities in real-time conversations
- Ability to take control of conversations and redirect when prospects try to dominate calls
- Self-motivated and driven personality (athletic background preferred)
- Reliable internet connection and professional phone setup
- Availability to work full-time Pacific Time zone hours
- Previous sales experience preferred, particularly B2B or B2C
- Neutral accent for clear communication
- Handle approximately 40% warm leads and 60% cold leads
- Work full-time schedule (40 hours per week) following Pacific Time
- Initial 2-week training period focused on script mastery and call confidence
- Performance targets: 12 successful visits booked in first month, scaling to 20 visits per month
