This is a remote position.


Schedule:
    Monday to Friday as per follows:
  • 5–10 hours of meetings per week scheduled in alignment with Los Angeles (PST/PDT) time zone, ideally clustered into 2–3 days for efficiency.
  • 30–35 hours of flexible/asynchronous work, which can be completed during the agent’s preferred hours — typically in the morning or afternoon
Client Timezone: Pacific Time (California)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid ad strategies with a focus on Meta platforms.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights that inform creative concepts.
  • Write clear and actionable creative briefs for the design and content team.
  • Translate analytics and research into creative strategies that drive conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with video editors, designers, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Continuously optimize ad performance through testing and iteration.


Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into creative direction.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for crafting briefs and guiding teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media ad trends, best practices, and performance metrics.
