The Ideal Candidate

• 1–2 years’ experience as a Project Manager, or experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrable project delivery exposure.
• Proven ability to deliver projects independently, balancing multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, able to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions to drive momentum.
• Ensure timely, clear communication to stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor and report on progress against milestones, adjusting plans as required.
