System Analyst with Payment Processing Experience

We are seeking a System Analyst with expertise in the payment processing domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with payment gateways, POS systems, acquiring processes, and financial transaction workflows. This role involves system documentation, process analysis, and close collaboration with stakeholders to enhance payment infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and IT teams to ensure alignment with financial regulations and security standards.
• Analyze and document payment transaction flows across POS, e-commerce, and digital payment platforms.
• Work on payment system integrations with external partners and financial institutions.
• Prepare business and system analysis documentation, including UML, BPMN, and process flows.
• Assess and propose improvements to acquiring and settlement processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Support system enhancements for payment authentication, fraud prevention, and reconciliation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system analysis, preferably within payments, acquiring, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, POS transactions, online payments, and settlements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with payment standards (ISO 8583, PSD2, EMV, PCI DSS compliance, 3DS authentication, SEPA, SWIFT, or similar).
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and SQL for business and technical process modeling.
• Knowledge of payment system APIs, integration flows, and third-party payment providers.
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
• Experience in payment acquiring and issuing.
• Knowledge of clearing and settlement processes within payment networks.
• Understanding of card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard, or local payment networks).
