About The Role

The Talent Acquisition Training Senior Advisor designs, develops, and delivers training programs for the Talent Acquisition team, hiring leaders, and other stakeholders regarding TA best practices and techniques. Evaluates training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions. Stays updated on industry trends, tools, and compliance requirements to ensure training content remains current. Maintains training documentation, manuals, and learning resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in developing assessing and developing training material is required. 
• Requires the ability to facilitate engaging training sessions (virtually and/or in-person). 
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms and other recruitment tools is required.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition is required.
