This role is ideal for those looking to grow their careers in civil engineering, with exposure to a variety of transport infrastructure projects. Whether you want to start and grow your career in pavement design, geometric road layouts, rail systems, or traffic and transportation planning, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation, technical excellence, and continuous development.
WSP is looking or graduates to join the following teams:
- Geometrics
- Pavements
- Rail
- Transportation
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of civil engineering designs across multidisciplinary transport infrastructure projects.
- Focus on areas such as pavement design, geometric road layouts, rail systems, and traffic engineering.
- Apply modern BIM workflows to support efficient and coordinated project execution.
- Develop and manage models using Revit, Civil 3D and other digital tools.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the company’s ISO-certified quality standards.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input during design reviews and site progress monitoring

- Role model standards for SHEQ performance and behaviour consistent with the company’s health, safety, environmental and quality vision and policies by influencing those around you
- Contributing to the identification of SHEQ risks and driving processes to achieve Zero Harm

Key Competencies and Generic Skills
- Self-training ability, with an affinity to learn new design technologies
- Taking ownership and being proactive in the working environment
- Possess initiative and good interpersonal skills
- Must be a collaborative team player
- Resilient under pressure to work independently from dispersed location whilst operating as a team
- Be able to deliver on challenging projects that have tight timelines.
- Accuracy – Attention to detail and correctness of drawings
- Committed to delivering excellent levels of service
- Good communicator
