2026 Graduate Civil Engineer: Highways and Rail

This role is ideal for those looking to grow their careers in civil engineering, with exposure to a variety of transport infrastructure projects. Whether you want to start and grow your career in pavement design, geometric road layouts, rail systems, or traffic and transportation planning, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation, technical excellence, and continuous development.

WSP is looking or graduates to join the following teams: 

• Geometrics
• Pavements
• Rail
• Transportation

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of civil engineering designs across multidisciplinary transport infrastructure projects.
• Focus on areas such as pavement design, geometric road layouts, rail systems, and traffic engineering.
• Apply modern BIM workflows to support efficient and coordinated project execution.
• Develop and manage models using Revit, Civil 3D and other digital tools.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the company’s ISO-certified quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input during design reviews and site progress monitoring

• Contributing to the identification of SHEQ risks and driving processes to achieve Zero Harm
